The planned first public release will use a simple refund window so buyers can try RepoDock without feeling trapped.

Planned policy

Refund requests made within 14 days of purchase will be reviewed when the app cannot run on the buyer's Windows computer or does not match the product description.

Not covered

Refunds may be declined when the buyer ignored the stated Windows requirement, used the license successfully, or requests a refund outside the stated window.

License status

If a refund is approved, the related license key may be disabled.
